The service is healthy again. As a remediation measure, we are initiating a migration to additional search nodes to further improve resilience and prevent similar issues going forward.
Cluster scaling is still running in the background, and we continue to monitor closely until the process is fully completed.

Update: One replica node has been restored. The cluster is currently auto-scaling to stabilize capacity and redundancy. Service remains partly interrupted but self-healing, and we continue to monitor the situation closely.

Partial Database Service Interruption
We are currently experiencing a partial service interruption related to our database provider, MongoDB Atlas. At this time, two replica nodes within the MongoDB Atlas cluster are unavailable.
The primary node remains operational, and the service is continuing to run; however, reduced redundancy may impact availability, failover behavior, and performance for certain operations.
